We start with a high quality dough made fresh from simple ingredients you can buy at the grocery store.
Our garlic herb crust uses organic flour instead of highly-processed and additive filled enriched flour.
Our whole-grain crust is 100% whole wheat with added ground flax for 17g of fiber and brown rice protein powder for 30g+ of protein in the crust alone,
Our cauliflower crust is also a great gluten-free, dairy-free option with almost 50% less carbs than our garlic herb crust.
Our gluten-free white crust is a delicious, fluffy, brown rice protein enriched option for those avoiding gluten.
Organic Tomato Sauce
Vine-ripened fresh organic California tomatoes blended with organic herbs and spices. Being organic, this sauce is produced from ingredients free of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
High Quality Meats
We use Zoe’s Meats because we stand by their philosophy of sourcing sustainably raised animals. Their pork and poultry are naturally-raised, meaning they are antibiotic free and are fed a vegetarian diet. Their products are uncured and use only naturally-occurring nitrates. Their products are free from artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.
rBST-Free Dairy
Our part-skim mozzarella is rBST-free and all-natural, meaning no additives, preservatives, MSG, or artificial colors and flavors. We choose to grate our mozzarella in-house to eliminate caking agents used in pre-shredded cheese.
Plant based and gluten-free options
We are an inclusive pizza place with options for all our guests dietary needs. For us, providing vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options is not an afterthought. As a healthy-oriented pizza place, being able to provide tasty and nutritious alternatives was a necessity for our pizza place. We use vegan cashew mozzarella, non-GMO soy vegan “chicken” and non-GMO soy-free Beyond Italian Sausage to provide vegan substitutes that don’t compromise health - did you know that soy is one of the most genetically modified crops? Just because a food is plant-based doesn’t make it healthy. Our goal is to ensure both! Our gluten-free ingredients are also chosen carefully to minimize fillers and additives often found in frozen crust substitutes.
